Beginning this school year (2026-2027), SchoolCash Online will be the required payment platform for all student extracurricular expenses across the district. This secure, convenient system allows families to pay athletic fees, club dues, equipment costs, and other non-instructional charges online. Parents and guardians will receive email notifications when payments are due and may pay by credit card, debit card, or e-check. By eliminating the need for students and employees to handle cash or checks, SchoolCash Online provides a safer transaction process while allowing families to confirm instantly that payments have been received. 

SchoolCash Online will also be the preferred method of payment for instructional fees, including testing fees, technology-related charges, field trips, class T-shirts, classroom supplies, and graduation activities. Families who prefer to pay these school-day instructional fees by cash or check may continue to do so at their schools. 

GoFan will remain the official platform for purchasing advance tickets to athletic events, while SchoolCafé will continue to be used for online deposits to student meal accounts. Cash and checks will still be accepted for nutrition payments, and athletic event tickets may also be purchased with cash at the gate.
